Let’s go…

I hope in the next few days I can sit down and write a few comments about my thoughts on Leica’s new M camera, the M Monochrom.  I’ve owned it for 3 days and so far I’m amazed at the sharpness and amount of detail in the pics.  Most of all, the ability to shoot at high ISO’s is what has amazed me the most.  This shot was taken at 10,000 ISO!  Yes, it has noise but it’s “noise” that gives the shot texture and also a film look.

A Face in a Crowd

We were walking down Michigan Avenue and I decided to walk behind to catch a few candid pics of my baby girl.  I think she was a little sleep deprived and was acting a little crazy.  She kept waiving at me but everyone around me didn’t realize I was her father, thus they thought she was waiving at them.

Elevator Ride

I’ve posted many landscape pics lately but have not forgotten about my beautiful baby girl (and wife).  Here’s a shot I took while in the elevator heading back to our room after a long day of sightseeing.

Waiting by the window

I’ve finally had some time to upload pics from my Leica M9-P and the Leica 35mm summilux (I uploaded a few the other day also).  I absolutely love the sharpness.  I’ve grown so accustomed to shooting with a 50mm lens but I’m really digging the wide angle.
