I was setting up for this shot and all of a sudden this surfer ran into the picture and just stood there looking for the perfect wave. It allowed me to get the perfect shot!
I still don’t like birds!
It’s amazing that one minute you can be in the mountains covered by snow and the next minute have no snow and beautiful skies. As we were leaving Yosemite, following a more southern route on our way back to San Francisco I pulled off the road to take a picture of these rolling hills. In my opinion, this area is almost as beautiful as Yosemite. The east side of the interstate had even a better view but this will have to do.
This small chapel found on the grounds of Yosemite National Park is absolutely beautiful. It was snowing very hard while I was taking this picture (if you can zoom in on the chapel you can see). The chapel really sticks out amongst all the large snow covered trees.
